I'll be very honest and say that I didn't feel any difference at all in the beginning. It felt just like a thick normal sole whatever that you buy anywhere. But I think it's cause th product is actually "forming" and shaping around your feet for this trial period. So yeah now (after aprox. 2 weeks) I actually feel no achy feet whatsoever. Would buy again.

I wanted to wait until I had used these on a heavy walking day in my paddock boots to do a review and I am pleased to say that at 10k steps I had no pain in the balls of my feet nor blisters which I also get on the bottoms of my feet. Will be buying to put into a few other pairs that get a lot of use.

I have little to no arch in my feet and this might be the only thing that makes an 8hr shift in a warehouse possible. I love them

For this price I am happy with the amount of shock absorption and how comfortable these insoles are. I would wear these to the gym or for a few hours but I have't tried them for longer than 3h. Also I use them with my boots and it's good. Not perfect but good. I need more arch support than the average individual, so keep that in mind. But yeah don't bother with dollar shoe inserts! Get these.

I’m 64 and play a lot of tennis. I decided to put these in my shoes because jumping up and down on hard courts was getting hard on my joints! These are great!!! Not bulky at all. I feel great, even after playing a two hour match. I will never play without them and I just ordered a bunch more!!
